During the holidays we would like to wish all of our guests a very joyous season and a Happy New Year. We have had several requests for recommendations on our favorite Hawaiian holiday music, so we decided to share with you our top three selections (all are available on iTunes). It is one of our most requested recipes. 1 cup sugar 3 bananas (6 if using apple bananas) 2 eggs ½ cup butter 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1 cup nuts (optional) Mix with fork. Bake in greased muffin tins at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If in a bread tin, bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
